We love our sriracha and we wanted to make a hot sauce that was close to our roots. We think it's a perfect match, smokey whiskey and smokey chillies with a back beat of star anise. A wonderfully complex sauce with a a good heat .
Top tip
Ideal with haggis but if you're not too sure about haggis makes a fantastic glaze for ribs
