Pop ups aka Skinny Malinkys Snack Bar

Our pop ups started as a means to promote our hot sauce and have gone from strength to strength.

Our first pop was @thewightbear where we smashed out a fantastic Reuben sandwich lovingly covered in our OG hot sauce. Next they asked us to deliver on their brief which was based around British snacks and we delivered a shepherd's pie samosa to much delight (also a very very limited edition Edinburgh chippy style brown sauce)

You can still find out hot sauces at The Bear today served with our hand made scotch eggs aka The Scotchies.

Upwards and onwards and our good friend Ricky aka @sydsslaps gave us space to produce an Italian inspired pasta pop up in collaboration with @CornwallPastaCo which sold out in hours, followed by a Boujee Burger takeover to celebrate the first Beaujolais Nouveau of 2023

Last but not least we spent a few weeks at the Hatch @parlourmentary producing a variety of street eats for the Sobo Massive. From filled focaccias to cacio e pepe to Trini Doubles we have pushed the limits of what is capable in a small space.

Snacks in the wight bear to burgers at Syd's to doubles in the hatch at Parlourmentary we have travelled the globe with our flavours and we are always on the lookout for new experiences. We even built a mobile bar to enable our travels which was of course lovingly painted by @wags_says_hello. Have bar will travel. Drop us a line to discuss your event
