For our second collaboration we were asked by The Thomas Tripp to design a house table sauce for them. We took all the flavours of their menu and the vibe from the pub to create this sauce. Smokey, spicy with a luxurious hit of black ruffle at the end . A wonderfull well rounded sauce.
Top Tip Brush over burgers and grill for a minute or two before adding your cheese of choice.
